Created to Solve was launched to offer resources, support, and training to help individuals and businesses navigate obstacles in life that hinder progress toward achieving their mission.

Erica M. Anderson, founder of Created to Solve, is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations through transformational leadership and consulting. Her mission is to guide others in navigating life's challenges with faith and purpose, using the wisdom of scripture and practical strategies for success.

 

Professional Bio

Erica M. Anderson is a prolific educator, speaker, writer and coach.  Erica is a life purpose coach that provides tools and strategies to help individuals and business owners formulate their goals and actualize their vision. 

Currently, Erica is pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. She also obtained a Master of Arts in Urban Studies with a concentration in Community Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, a Christian Liberal Arts institution. She is an alumnus of The DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative, where she was trained in youth development.

Erica's unique spiritual, professional, and academic experiences have made her a strong educator and leader. Her faith in God, calling, and passion for helping families and individuals have led her to serve as a leader in various roles, such as advisor, director, and coordinator at religious institutions and educational organizations. A few of her most fulfilling assignments have come from implementing and facilitating tutoring, mentorship, and summer enrichment programs in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Additionally, her experience and resourcefulness have enabled her to be an integral part of leadership teams and serve on boards and committees of nonprofit organizations. Moreover, her efforts have helped many individuals to become self-sufficient while achieving their educational, employment, and housing goals.
